AirForce Airguns, manufacturer of the world’s most powerful production airguns, will be exhibiting at the 148th NRA Annual Meeting in Indianapolis April 26-28. They will be in booth 3634. AirForce has exhibited proudly at NRA Annual Meetings since its founding and is proud to continue that tradition in 2019.
AirForce will have their newest airgun, the Texan LSS, on display for the first time at an NRA Annual Meeting. It is an effectively silent version of their industry leading Texan big bore air rifle. The TexanLSS is the newest member of the Texan family, which now includes the original Texan, the Texan Carbine, the Texan SS and now the Texan LSS.
The Texan LSS is available now for pre-order from our dealers and online retailers as well as directly from AirForce and will be shipping in the second quarter of 2019. Also available is the Texan Sound Loc Kit, that allows owners of the original Texan to upgrade their air rifle to an LSS configuration. Installation of the Big Bore Sound Loc kits requires minimal tools and can be accomplished by the end user or owners of the Texan rifle can send their rifle in to AirForce to have it installed, for a small labor charge in addition to the cost of the Sound Loc Kit. The LSS and Big Bore Sound Loc kit will be available initially for .457 models with .357, .30, and .257 caliber kits to follow shortly.
Also on display will be air rifles from Rapid Air (RAW). RAW rifles are hand made in Minor Hill, Tennessee and are the pinnacle of airgun performance. AirForce acquired RAW in 2018 and has remained dedicated to maintaining the long-standing tradition of quality and accuracy that RAW airguns are known for. “We saw no reason to mess with excellence once we acquired RAW.” Commented McCaslin. “I love those guns. They are amazing rifles.”
“We do several trade shows a year and the one I always look forward to is NRA” said AirForce Airguns Founder and CEO, John McCaslin. “I have been a life member for many years, and being with thousands of Second Amendment enthusiasts is very heartening. We love to see the growing number of Americans that cherish our rights as mush as we do.”
“We had a great show last time we were in Indy, and I look forward to being back there. It is a great town and as welcoming as anywhere we have been,” said McCaslin.
Established in 1998, AirForce Airguns was the first company to mass produce high quality PCP air rifles in the United States. Every AirForce rifle features a German made Lothar Walther match grade barrel with all other components being manufactured and assembled in their Ft. Worth, Texas based manufacturing facility. AirForce Airguns, a founding member of the Airgun Sporting Association, continues to work to educate legislators and regulators about airguns on a local, state, and national level. In 2018 AirForce Airguns acquired RAW Airguns and continues to manufacture RAW rifles in the original RAW factory in Minor Hill, Tennessee.
